Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1/2 c scallions, chopped
    1 can green chili peppers
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 pkg spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 c chicken broth
    3 oz feta cheese
    27 All Bran Garlic crackers, crumbled

Directions

Crumble crackers into the bottom of a pie plate.

Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour into pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center of quiche is set. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.

Serve warm or at room temperature for best flavor.
