Ingredients

    1 lb broccoli
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 1/2c egg substitute
    1/3c feta cheese for sprinkling
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sauté onions in cooking spray and set aside. Cook broccoli in microwave and drain well. Process broccoli in food processor. Add onions and egg substitute. Process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake at , 350 F until done (approx 40 min).
