No Bake Chocolate Granola Bars

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 tbsp soft margarine
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey

    1 1/2 cups raw quick oats
    1 cup fiber one cereal (crispy original)
    1 cup of Shreddies (break up shreddies into smaller pieces)
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine cereals, wheat germ and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
In a med. saucepan, bring margarine, brown sugar and honey to a boil. Boil about 2 minutes, until sugar has dissolved completely.
Drizzle over the mixture in mixing bowl and quickly stir to combine.
Chocolate chips will melt from the heat of the sugar sauce. Pour into sprayed 9x13 pan. Let set in fridge until firm. Then cut into 24 equal servings.
