Ingredients

    5 large onions
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    one pound ground round scramble fried
    5 large potatoes diced small
    2 cans carrots
    salt

Directions

fry onions in olive oil. Scramble fry ground round. Add to pot with potatoes and salt. Cook till potatoes are soft. Add carrots. add spices if desired.
