Introduction

Pannekoeken with Sliced Apples and Cinnamon & Sugar Pannekoeken with Sliced Apples and Cinnamon & Sugar
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour
    1.5 cups skim or 1% milk
    4 eggs
    1 stick butter, salted
    6 apples
    1/4 tsp salt
    Cinnamon & Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish.

While butter is melting, mix flour, milk, egs and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Peel and slice 6 medium tart apples. Once butter is melted pour mixture in pan. Top with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
