Goat Cheese & Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Submitted by: JKJ599

Introduction

Made these one night when I had nothing else, with ingredients I had in the fridge...(except for the mushrooms). Now it is one of my favorites! I also did it as an appetizer for 2, but honestly I ate it all myself as dinner! Made these one night when I had nothing else, with ingredients I had in the fridge...(except for the mushrooms).
