Ingredients

    *Barilla Plus Elbow Mac noodles, svg is uncooked, 168 gram(s) = 6 oz dry (yielding 2.75 cups or 13 oz wet)
    Campbell's cheddar cheese soup (2.5 serve), 1.5 cup
    Ground beef, lean, 7 oz
    Broccoli, cooked, 2 cup, chopped
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1.2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Kellogg's Special K Crackers - Multigrain - 25 crackers
    *Asian Gourmet Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.25 cup
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese


Directions

This is a great recipe for using leftover ground beef! If you do not have any, that would be step 1...brown the ground beef while cooking the noodles aldente'
2. Mix Ground beef with noodles in a prepared casserole dish with milk and soup,
3. Mix in the vegies and lightly salt & pepper,.
4. In a food processor crumble the crackers and mix with flax seed meal & panko.
5. Sprinkle cracker mixture with the cup of cheddar cheese on top
6. Bake for 40 minutes (or until bubbly).
Makes 8 servings!
