Introduction

Easiest, tastiest veggie soup that does not require oil
I love having this with fish/meatballs, add them in for the last 5 minutes.

I love having this with fish/meatballs, add them in for the last 5 minutes.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Onion - 2 cups chopped
    Celery - 1 cup chopped
    Carrots - 1 cup chopped
    Water - 2 cups
    Salt + Pepper

Directions

Add onion into a pot of water
Bring to a boil
add carrots and celery
Cook until soft (about 1/2 hour)
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serves 3
