12 oz cooked boneless, skinless turkey breast - diced
6 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1.5t Mrs. Dash, any flavor (I use Lemon Pepper)
2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Reduced fat
1/4 c whole grain, unseasoned bread crumbs
Separate crescent rolls, combining two triangles to make a rectangle; cut each rectangle in half (two triangles makes two squares).
Fill each with 1/16 turkey mixture.
Fold up corners and pinch to seal.
Spray each with cooking spray and coat with bread crumbs.
Bake in a glass dish coated with cooking spray at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
