Simple Curried Turkey Salad

Introduction

Use as a base for delicious turkey salad - omit the curry and/or use your own herbs and spices to personalize. Cranberries and sliced almonds would be a good combination. Ingredients

    172 grams cooked turkey breast meat, chopped
    88 grams Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat)
    104 grams raw onion, chopped
    2 tsp Curry Powder or herbs/spices to taste

Directions

*Note, ingredients were measured using a digital food scale*

After chopping the raw onion, soak in water for about 5 minutes. Drain.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Makes approximately 3 servings.
