Horseradish steak with mushroom salad

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 16 oz
    *Horseradish, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tbsp minced
    *Field Greens Salad Mix (Salad Greens), 2 cup
    Wild mushrooms, fresh, 425 grams (15 oz)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Makes 4 equal servings

Combine 2 tbsp olive oil with garlic and horseradish. Spread on one side of steak. Put steak on grill horseradish side down. Spread remaining mixture on other side of steak. Grill until done. Also grill mushrooms, about 6 minutes. Remove steak and rest in a foil tent. Mix mushrooms with greens, 1 tbls olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
