Slow Cooker Buffalo Roast

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Buffalo chuck roast (Available at Walmart)
    5 carrots peeled and cut in chunks
    5 potatoes peeled or with skins on as preferred--leave whole if small or cut in chunks if large
    garlic powder and black pepper to taste

Directions

Place roast in slow cooker and use garlic powder and black pepper to taste. If you are at home, cook on high for two hours then reduce to low for 4-5 hours. If going to work, cook on low for 6-7 hours. When you begin cooking on low, add potatoes and carrots to slow cooker. Serves five--3 oz roast, 1 carrot, 1 potato each.
