Introduction

Light and easy lunch idea for a hot summer day. A wonderful way to hit all the food groups without all the fat. Light and easy lunch idea for a hot summer day. A wonderful way to hit all the food groups without all the fat.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pita (cut in half)
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup cucumbers
    1 pickle spear
    2 slices lean ham
    2 tablespoons ff italian dressing
    ff shredded cheese

Directions

Peal cuke and carrots. Cut all veggies into bite sized pieces. Put a slice of ham (or other meat if preferred) in 1/2 of pita pocket. Add veggies. Top with shredded cheese and dressing. Enjoy!
