Introduction

These got the stamp of approval from my 3 year old. They are yummy and taste like french toast. These got the stamp of approval from my 3 year old. They are yummy and taste like french toast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 egg whites
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1TBSP ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp splenda brown sugar blend
    4 packets splenda sweetener

Directions

mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients seperately, then mix together until well blended. Cook as normal. Makes 8 3 inch pancakes. Serving size is 2 cakes.
