Chicken Shrimp Parmesan Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Whole wheat penne pasta - 12 oz.
    Classico Red Pepper Parmesa Alfredo Sauce - 1 cup
    Frozen, cooked shrimp - 10 oz.
    Grilled Chicken breast - 6 oz.
    Mushrooms - 1 cup
    Chopped green onion - 1/2 cup

Directions

In a large sauce pan, add sauce, chicken and mushrooms - set to simmer. Start water to boil. Add pasta to boiling water - boil for approximately 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Approximately 5 minutes before pasta is done - add shrimp to sauce. Drain pasta and add to sauce pan. Add chopped green onions and toss and serve. Can top with grated parmesan if you like.
