Ingredients

    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped
    Lite Coconut Milk (one can)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Rice Noodles, 4 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 12 oz
    Olive Oil

Directions

cook rice noodles and set aside, in large skillet add olive oil, green onions and shrimp cook until shrimp are done, then add coconut milk and stir well, then add noodles and thai seasoning, serve with sliced cabbage and fresh bean sprouts
