Baked Oatmeal

Introduction

Baked oatmeal with bananas and walnuts - this is from a recipe that we have altered over time to what my family likes. Baked oatmeal with bananas and walnuts - this is from a recipe that we have altered over time to what my family likes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups oats
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Grease a baking pan (I use a 9x9)
3. Combine all ingredients together
4. Spread onto prepared baking pan
5. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
6. Immediately spoon into a bowl and top with milk (if desired)
