1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1 cup fat-free milk
3/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 slices whole wheat bread, torn
Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. Place bread in prepared casserole. Cover evenly with egg product mixture, making sure all bread is coated.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
