Steak and Veggie Foil Packs

Ingredients

1 lb round steak, lightly browned in olive oil
2 cups white rice
2 cups bell peppers in strips
2 cups of onion
2 cups carrots
Butter spray(I can't believe its not butter)
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Parsley flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Cut round steak into 4 pieces, brown in skillet in a bit of olive oil.
Measure out 4 pieces of foil, one for each pack.
Assemble in each pack:
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 piece of steak
Spray with butter and add onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
Place in a 13 x 9 pan with a small amount of water in the bottom. Bake for about 60 minutes or until desired doneness of veggies.
Small red potatoes can be subsituted for rice. Rice cooked in chicken broth provides extra flavor.
