IntroductionChicken with roasted red pepper, sundried tomatos and artichoke over angel hair pasta. Chicken with roasted red pepper, sundried tomatos and artichoke over angel hair pasta.
1 lb Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast (Diced)
2 6 oz jars of Marinated Artichoke
1/2 cup sundried tomatos (chopped)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 lb Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 cup white wine (can sub chicken broth)
Heat skillet on med heat until hot. Boil water for pasta.
Cut chicken into bite sized peices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add marinade from artichokes to your hot pan and cook chicken pieces 6-7 min until cooked through.
Add artichokes, red pepper strips, tomato and wine- heat through.
Cook pasta and serve.
