Curry Tofu

not your ordinary plain tofu not your ordinary plain tofu
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    # Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, one container
    # Curry Sauce, .25 packet
    # Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    # Sour cream, light, 45 grams or 2 tablespoons
    # Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp
    # Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

Warm a frying pan with a little cooking spray and add curry sauce. Then add cubed tofu, green beans, carrots and cilantro and cook until desired tenderness. Then once cooked add the sour cream, mix through and serve.
