Protein Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Submitted by: GINAKINA

Introduction

A quick, delicious way to get extra protein and healthy fat, without the carbs or calories of real cookie dough. A quick, delicious way to get extra protein and healthy fat, without the carbs or calories of real cookie dough.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, but I like creamy)
1/4 cup agave nectar (or other liquid sweetener)
1 cup protein powder of choice (I am vegan and use a pea and rice blend, but any type would work great)

Directions

Measure out all ingredients and combine together in a bowl. Stir until a cookie dough like consistency forms.
Roll into about 15 balls.
Keep balls in the refrigerator.

This recipe makes 15 fairly large balls, you could definitely make them smaller and still get a pretty hefty peanut butter kick from them!

*Helpful hint, spray measuring cup with some cooking spray before measuring the agave and the peanut butter, making removal much easier!
