Mexican Lasagna with Black Beans and Corn

Submitted by: SCRAPHAPPY94

Introduction

This dish was one of my family's faves but I was attempting to make it healthier. I used whole wheat tortillas, extra lean ground beef (I'm going to try turkey next time) and low fat cheddar cheese. The family still loved it and has asked for me to make it that way again. This dish was one of my family's faves but I was attempting to make it healthier. 2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. medium salsa
