Meal Replacement Cookie

Introduction

Basic Low down on my version of a "cookie diet" Hoodown.

Eat 6 cookies throughout the day and enjoy one meal a day which includes 6 oz fish or chicken, 2 cups of veggies, and salad for dinner.
Drink at least 8 cups of water throughout the day.
Basically stay under 1500 calories
Use diet for one month and expect 10 to 15 lbs of weight loss
The "cookie" should provide a feeling of fullness and help curb appetite.

Q. Do these cookies taste great ?
A. Not really, but they are bearable, don't leave home without them.

Q. Does this diet work ?
A. Yes - Worked like a charm for me I used this diet in 2007 and lost 18 lbs.
If you who are not me have any sort of health issues or any issues at all, use your common sense, ask your doctor about this or any diet.

If nothing else these cookies are a great source of fiber, under 100 calories and make healthy snack choice while dieting.
