4 apples, cut up and chopped, peeled 1/4 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp Splenda Br. Sugar blend cinnamon to taste
Peel and chop up apples into small chunks. In a small saucepan with 1/4 c of water cook on med heat until soft. Add 2 tbsp of SPlenda Br. Sugar blend, and cinnamon to taste. Once thick and gooey, take 2 tbps of mixture and put inside an Egg roll wrap. fold and seal with fingers. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or use waxing or browning paper. Cook at 350 for 5-8 mins. Watch closely to get to desired browness. Can sprinkle with Splenda on top if desired.
