    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 36 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 large

Directions

Soak beans overnite and drain.. put into slow cooker . put rest of ingredients in .. rice and what ever spice you want to add is better being put in after the beans. pour the juice in.. to cover the lot.. and cook on high. enjoy with a salad.
