Introduction

Yummy pot roast in the crockpot - just throw it together in the morning and come home to a scrumptious, tender dinner. Yummy pot roast in the crockpot - just throw it together in the morning and come home to a scrumptious, tender dinner.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    About 1 lb Beef Roast (Recipe uses 19 oz)
    3 Medium Potatoes
    1 Stalk Celery
    2 Carrots
    1/2 c chopped Onion
    1/2 c Water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all ingredients. I chopped all the vegetables into slightly-chunky bite size pieces, and the roast into about 1" cubes. Mix in crockpot. Add water. Turn on low and cook for 8 hours.

Makes 4 servings (I had two servings.... It's yummy.)
