1/2 c. Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats (1/4 c. whole, 1/4 c. whirled in a coffee grinder/blender to make oat flour)
1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 Tbs. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash sea salt, ginger, nutmeg, cardamon, clove
7-8 drops stevia
Heat up your skillet/pan. Measure out batter in 1/4 c. amounts, using the cup to spread batter evenly. Bake as usual, flipping when bubbles form and the pancake edges start to firm up.
Makes @ 6 pancakes.
Calorie count is for half a batch of this recipe, so just eat half of what it makes (or all of them!) and make the pancakes what size you like. :) Top with syrup (try adding cinnamon or ginger to the syrup!) or soyatoo!
