turkey meatballs

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1/4 c plain bread crumbs
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbls fresh basil, minced
    1 tbls fresh oregano, minced
    2 tbls extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix turkey, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano and basil in a large bowl. Shape into 8 meatballs. Heat oil in a medium saute pan. Place meatballs in hot oil, browing on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and cook throughly, about 15 minutes.
