Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients

    1 can light cream soup
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 4oz can mushroom stems & pieces
    1/2 cup Skim milk
    1/2 C chopped Onion
    1/2 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
    12 oz whole wheat pasta

Directions

While cooking pasta as directed, Heat 1 tsp of Olive oil in skilet. Add onion & garlic saute for 1 min. Add italian dressing mix and mushrooms with liquid. Add milk, soup and cream cheese. Heat over low heat to make sure you do not scourch. Once the cream cheese melts add drained pasta mix / toss until pasta is coated

Add shrimp, chicken or veggies if you like but be sure to add the calories.
