2 cupsbaby spinach(easier to eat in one bite)
.25 cupslivered almonds
1 ounce raspberry flavored cranberries
2 tsp. litehouse organic balsamic vinaigrette
Toss all items in a bowl and eat as a lunch or a salad. Of course you can choose a fat free dressing you may enjoy, but the other items are great together. You can duplicate it for as many poeple as needed. Enjoy!
