Introduction

I cook this & freeze in 1 cup portions for later recipes. I cook this & freeze in 1 cup portions for later recipes.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz. ground venison
    8 oz. ground chuck
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in pan & cook until meat is browned, about 15 minutes. This will result in about 4 cups of cooked flavorful meat.
