Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, 9 tsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
*Pineapple, canned, 8 slice or ring (3" dia) with liquid (remove)
Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, .33 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Add brown sugar, pinapples, & marachino cherries.
Cream 1/2 cup margarine with 1/3 cup sugar, egg, & vanilla. Add flour, & baking powder. Poor over pineapple.
Bake @ 350' for 25 min. Invert.
