Sharla's Rhubarb Crunch

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients


    Filling
    * *Rhubarb, 6 cup, diced
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    * *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Topping
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Old Fashioned Oats, 1.5 cup
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    * Butter, salted, 1 stick
    * Shortening, .5 cup

Directions

Grease 9x13 casserole. Preheat oven to 350. Combine filling ingredients in medium bowl, dump in casserole. In the same bowl used before combine topping ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly over filling as you would for an apple crisp. Bake 35-45 minutes until edges are bubbly. You may want to put a cookie sheet under your casserole in case of spill over.
