Parm Baked Potato Fans

Introduction

Found a recipe on it with dressing but decided to make it more simple with a good seasoned baked potato and some Parmesan cheese to make it extra yummy. Easy to make and they look so pretty! Found a recipe on it with dressing but decided to make it more simple with a good seasoned baked potato and some Parmesan cheese to make it extra yummy. Easy to make and they look so pretty!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Med. Potatoes
    4 Tsp of Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Make 6-8 diagonal slices across the top of the potatoes a little more than halfway through but not all the way to the bottom.

Set the potatoes out of a lightly greased baking sheet.

Pull back the slices on the potatoes slightly to make them open up a bit. Drizzle 1 Tsp of Olive Oil on each potato then add a dash of salt and pepper. ( I use fresh ground pepper and fresh ground sea salt!)

Bake for 1 hour. Sprinkle with 1/2 a Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese on each.
