Big Bowl of Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Submitted by: THINRONNA

Introduction

So delicious! Of course it can be made with fresh strawberries too but since they will get frozen any way I use the frozen ones save the fresh strawberries for something else. So delicious! Ingredients

    1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup Strawberry or Mixed Berry Yogurt
    1 cup Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries

Directions

You will need to add about an hour to prep time for the freezing process unless you want a soft serve style frozen yogurt.
1. Place yogurt and strawberries in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth. Alternately, if you want bigger pieces of fruit in your frozen yogurt, pulse the machine until you get the desired consistency.
2. Scrape the mixture into a plastic container or bowl large enough to hold the mix plus some excess.
3. Freeze for about twenty minutes and then scrape at the mixture with a fork until it is all broken up and mashed together. Place back in the freezer for another twenty minutes or so and then scrape again.
3. Continue in this fashion until yogurt is frozen and icy. The more your scrape the smaller the ice crystals will be and the finer the texture of the dessert. Enjoy!
