Ingredients

Filling:
3 cups fresh blackberries
1 lemon, juice
1/4 cup Slenda
Batter:
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Splenda
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 cup 2% milk
2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, light
Directions
Melt butter substitute in 8x8 baking pan in oven preheated to 350 degrees
Add lemon juice and 1/4 cup splenda to blackberries and mix.
In a seperate bowl, mix flour, remaining splenda, milk, and baking soda.
Add batter to pan, pour over melted butter. Add blackberries on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
