Introduction

Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    * *Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 1.80 cup (remove)
    * *Aldi Red Kidney Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut thawed chicken into bite size chunks and throw into pan. When almost browned throw in some seasoning of your choice...I used taco seasoning with water. Let simmer for 5 minutes and add kidney beans until they are completely warm. Cook corn and rice according to packages. Mix all ingredients into a 9 x 9 baking dish and top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
