    romaine lettuce (2.5 cups); cucumber (1 cup peeled); tomato (1 large); cheese (any but feta or mozzarella preferred -1 cup); olive oil and vinegar -if you want to (this version doesn't have any in it)

Directions

cut all ingredients and toss them into a salad bowl. enjoy!
