Ingredients

    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 14 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beans, Peak High Fiber Low Sodium Pinto Beans, 2 cup
    Spices, Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce, Tuong Ot Sriracha (1t), 3 serving
    Sauce, Prego Roasted Garlic & Herb (1/2 cup), 5 serving
    Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    Oil, 100% Pure Corn , El Mexicano Aceite de Maiz (1T), 1 serving
    Spices, Lawry's Garlic Salt Coarse Ground With Parsley, .5 tsp
    Spices, Kroger Pure Ground Black Pepper (1tsp) - Taken fr..., 1 tsp

Directions

Soak 2 cups of pinto beans in 8 cups of water overnight. Drain water. Add 6 cups of hot water and simmer gently until beans are tender (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).

Sautee garlic and onion in oil. Add turkey until brown then add chili sauce. Mix in Prego. Cover and allow to simmer. When done, add cooked pinto beans. Stir and simmer for 30 mins.

Serve with shredded cheese. (optional)

Makes 12 servings. (1 cup/serving)
