Ingredients

    1/3 c. old fashion oatmeal
    2/3 c. water
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
    6 walnut halves chopped
    1/5 c. fresh raspberries
    1 T. agave nectar

Directions

In a large breakfast bowl or soup bowl put the oatmeal, salt, and 2/3 c. water. Microwave without cover for 2 minutes.
When ready, layer the yogurt, walnuts, raspberries and agave nectar.
Makes 1 serving
