Black and White Bean Salad

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Garbanzo Beans
    1/4 cup canola or olive oil
    3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

Rinse beans and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add the oil and vinegar and mix well. Put in the fridge and chill for 2 hours or longer as desired. The flavors will mix as it chills. Great side dish for cookouts, picnics, or any good carb meal.
