Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Cabbage, red, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    *Bean sprouts, 1 cup
    Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 4 sheets,

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto one end of each spring roll sheet and roll into a cone shape.
Note: For totally raw spring rolls, use nori instead or romaine lettuce
