Introduction

A large portion of stick-to-your-ribs oatmeal that's sure to fill you up! A large portion of stick-to-your-ribs oatmeal that's sure to fill you up!

Ingredients

    1/2c old fashioned quaker oatmeal
    1/2c water
    1/2c milk (1% used in nutrition facts)
    1/4t cinnamon
    1T brown sugar
    1 small apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat and cook until thickened and apples are softened.
