Introduction

This is super quick & easy to make. It's a touch on the spicy side. The aroma is fantastic. To make this a vegetarian dish use vegetable stock in place of the chicken stock. Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    Hominy, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 2 cup (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

I use all canned products in this recipe. Drain & rinse the black beans & kidney beans. Chop the onions & garlic . Put the remaining ingredients in a pot & simmer away for about 45 minutes. 1 cup per serving.
