This is one of the few recipes that I "throw together". However, I have measured the ingredients so the nutritional information is accurate. Tuna varies considerably by brand in sodium and calories (depending on serving size). The NI does NOT include any bread. This is one of the few recipes that I "throw together". Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 tablespoons pickle relish
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    4 tablespoons light mayo
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
    2 - 5 oz cans Chicken of the Sea Albacore tuna
    3 teaspoons spicy brown deli-style mustard
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Tastes best after being refrigerated for a few hours or overnight. Yields 4 one-half cup servings. Serve on bread or wrap of your choice--but no bread products were calculated into this recipe.
