Introduction

an old family favorite an old family favorite
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground venison
    1/2 pound ground chuck
    (or 1 pound lean ground beef)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup Quick Oats (dry)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup ketchup
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients, mixing well with your hands. Form in a loaf & place in slightly Pam-sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees C for 1 hour. Serves 4
