Introduction

This is a very healthy and nutritious soup. You can enjoy it for Lunch, or Dinner with your favorite crackers. This is a very healthy and nutritious soup. You can enjoy it for Lunch, or Dinner with your favorite crackers.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pk Lipton Vegetable soup
    1/4 cup whole grain rice
    5 stalks of celery
    1 bag baby carrots
    2 cups green beans
    10 asparagus
    1/4 cup each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers
    3 tomatoes
    5 baby red potatoes
    2 tbs.vegetable garlic & herb seasoning
    1 large red onion

Directions

Bring carrots and lipton vegetable soup mix to a Boil. Reduce and continue cooking until carrots are almost cooked. Add red potatoes and let cook for 5 minutes. Then add the remainder of ingredients. Learn to enjoy the natural flavor of vegetables. The less cooking the better. Makes 10 2-cup servings
