Parmasan Baked Flounder

Introduction

Variation on a number of baked flounder recipies I found on SparkPeople. Variation on a number of baked flounder recipies I found on SparkPeople.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz. frozen flounder filets, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Put fish in a baking dish sprayed with olive oil spray. Pour melted butter over top, sprinkle bread crumbs & cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily; about 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
