Erika's Special Dark Popcorn

Ingredients

    3 T Orville Redenbacher's Original Gourmet Popping Corn
    1 T Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil
    1 T Hershey's SPecial Dark Choc Chips

Directions

makes one serving...

-Place one T of butter into pan and melt it.
-Once melted, add popcorn and cover with a lid and leave over low/medium heat
-once begins to pop keep and eye on it and shake often to keep from sticking and burning.
-follow melting directions on bag of chips
-once melted, i place it in a baggie and clip the tip of the corner, and once the popcorn is done i place it on a cookie sheet and drizzle choc over top.
-Enjoy! :)
